Frequently asked questions about transfers
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. The price shown is for a car for up to 3 people; for larger groups we offer a minivan or a minibus.
What if my flight is delayed?
No problem: we track your flight and the driver waits for you at arrivals even if you land later.
Where do we meet at the airport?
At the arrivals exit, after customs: the driver holds a sign with your name. We also send you their number on WhatsApp.
Can the car enter the medina?
Cars can't enter the medinas of Marrakech and Fes. The driver drops you at the nearest gate and a porter carries your luggage to the riad.
Can we stop along the way?
Of course: on long transfers we stop for coffee, lunch and photos. If you'd like to visit something on the way, let us know in advance.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, on request. Tell us the children's ages when you book.
How do I pay?
We explain the payment options in your quote. For simple transfers you usually pay the driver directly.
Can I book at the last minute?
Often yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll tell you straight away if a vehicle is available.
