1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour with Viaggio Privato in Marocco, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not book our services.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Reservation Process

To confirm your booking, you must:

• Complete the booking form on our website or contact us directly
• Provide accurate personal and travel information
• Pay the required deposit (typically 20% of the total tour cost)
• Receive a booking confirmation email from us

A booking is only confirmed once you receive our written confirmation email.

2.2 Payment Terms

• Deposit: 20% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour start date
• Last-minute Bookings: For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required immediately
• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and major credit cards

2.3 Pricing

• All prices are quoted in USD/EUR and are subject to availability
• Prices include services as specified in your tour itinerary
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
• Prices may be adjusted due to significant changes in fuel costs, taxes, or exchange rates (with prior notice)

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• More than 60 days before departure: Deposit is non-refundable
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
• 15-29 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost (no refund)

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

3.2 Cancellation by Viaggio Privato in Marocco

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to:

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.)
• Insufficient bookings (minimum group size not met)
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, we will:

• Offer an alternative tour of equivalent value, or
• Provide a full refund of all payments made

We are not liable for additional expenses incurred due to cancellation (e.g., flight changes, accommodation outside the tour).

4. Changes to Booking

4.1 Changes by Customer

• Changes to tour dates, itinerary, or services must be requested in writing
• Changes requested more than 60 days before departure may be accommodated subject to availability
• Changes requested within 60 days of departure may incur additional charges
• Significant changes may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking

4.2 Changes by Viaggio Privato in Marocco

We may need to modify the itinerary due to:

• Weather conditions or safety concerns
• Road closures or transportation issues
• Availability of accommodations or services
• Other unforeseen circumstances

We will endeavor to provide equivalent alternatives and will communicate any changes promptly.

5. Travel Requirements

5.1 Passports and Visas

• It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from entry date)
• Check visa requirements for Morocco based on your nationality
• We can provide invitation letters if required for visa applications

5.2 Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all bookings. Your insurance should cover:

• Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Lost or delayed baggage
• Personal liability

Proof of insurance may be required before tour commencement.

5.3 Health Requirements

• Consult your doctor about recommended vaccinations before traveling to Morocco
• Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special dietary requirements at the time of booking
• Bring an adequate supply of any prescription medications

6. During the Tour

6.1 Conduct

Guests are expected to:

• Respect local customs, traditions, and laws
• Follow the instructions of our guides and drivers
• Be punctual for scheduled activities
• Treat fellow travelers, guides, and local people with respect

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the tour without refund if your behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or illegal.

6.2 Accommodation and Services

• Accommodation is based on twin/double sharing unless single supplement is paid
• Room upgrades are subject to availability and additional charges
• Services not included in the itinerary are at your own expense
• Check-in/check-out times follow hotel policies

6.3 Transportation

• All vehicles are air-conditioned and maintained to safety standards
• Seat belts must be worn at all times during transport
• Pickup and drop-off locations are as specified in your booking

7. Liability and Responsibility

7.1 Viaggio Privato in Marocco's Liability

We act as organizers and coordinators of the tour services. Our liability is limited to:

• The cost of the tour services that we directly provide
• Negligence on the part of our employees or agents

7.2 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events
• Delays, cancellations, or changes by third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.)
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Personal injury or illness, except where caused by our negligence
• Consequential losses, including missed connections or additional accommodation costs

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the tour.

7.3 Third-Party Services

Many services (hotels, restaurants, activities) are provided by independent contractors. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or negligence.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms)
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or political instability
• Pandemics, epidemics, or government travel restrictions
• Strike, labor disputes, or transportation failures
• Fire, explosion, or other accidents

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, logos, designs) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

10. Photography and Media

By joining our tours, you grant us permission to use photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your tour booking shall be resolved:

• First through good-faith negotiation between the parties
• If unresolved, through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Moroccan law
• The courts of Morocco shall have exclusive jurisdiction

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. The terms applicable to your booking are those in effect at the time of your reservation confirmation.
